You would find that most of these tablets and pills are addictive in nature. On the contrary, you would also find that if suppose those medications are used by a person and there is a weight loss then, the moment the person would stop the medication he would resume back.

2. Limiting your food 

If you are also trying to loose weight, there are diet plans for weight loss, which not just asks you to take medications but also there are some that ask you to leave some amount of food everyday. They ask you to lose some weight by leaving some kinds of food, especially those foods that give cholesterol. Cholesterol leads the body to gain some more overweight. Therefore these kinds of food are not recommended for your body. But, there is a doubt whether the person would lose weight quickly or not.

3. Taking too much of your time

Another factor over these kinds of diet plans for weight loss is the losing of weight done through work out. Working out or excersing also can help loose weight from the body. The doctors many a times would ask you to take walk for an hour or work out at home or at the gym. It take a lot of time and also lead to a lot of fatigue ness a the end of the day.

4. Disturbance of other commitments

There is nothing wrong in doing so, but many a times doings theses things take agreement, while it is just not possible for the other person to leave other agreements. It won't be easy for you also if you are you are taking commitments.

Another ways of loosing your weight is to detoxify the body. This detoxification is done by the doctors through some therapy.
